Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Lasting Impressions reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

ALL CAPITAL Text Requests

Lasting Impressions reserves the right to change the case of text provided when such text is written in ALL CAPITALS, or, when Title case should be used and is not. We make every effort to personalize to your specifications, however, there are times when we must change the case of your letters to suit the font, the product, or both.

Out-of-Stock Products

Lasting Impressions makes every effort to ship your product(s) within 48-72 hours. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to personalization and/or shipping.

Returns

Understandably, due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges. We will, however, gladly replace any product that arrives damaged or defective (not including personalization). Claims for damaged merchandise must be made via email or telephone within seven days of receipt of item. Customer, at our discretion, may be required to send photos of product, or, return product so we may verify damage. Return shipping cost is at the expense of the buyer and may not be reimbursed by Lasting Impressions.

Shipping Policy

At Lasting Impressions, we make every effort to ship your product within 48-72 hours. Many factors can effect this including timely response to email questions regarding your personalization requirements All shipping is through the U.S. Postal Service.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time displayed on www.impressionslast.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times shown are an estimate from the US Postal Service and are NOT guaranteed. If you need your gift by a specific date, you must select EXPRESS MAIL for the shipping method as this is the only service that can guarantee a specific delivery date. Express mail transit times, though guaranteed, are for TRANSIT TIMES ONLY and do not account for the time it takes to process and ship your order.

Taxes

Lasting Impressions shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Michigan. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Lasting Impressions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Lasting Impressions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
