Shipping and Returns
Understandably, due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges. We will, however, gladly replace any product that arrives damaged or defective (not including personalization). Claims for damaged merchandise must be made via email or telephone within seven days of receipt of item. Customer, at our discretion, may be required to send photos of product, or, return product so we may verify damage. Return shipping cost is at the expense of the buyer and may not be reimbursed by Lasting Impressions.
At Lasting Impressions, we make every effort to ship your order within 1-3 business days. Many factors can effect this including timely response to email questions regarding your personalization requirements.
If a product is out-of-stock, we will notify you by email of the estimated delay.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received, no exceptions and regardless of shipping method. Overnight shipping DOES NOT MEAN you will receive your item next day. Please be sure to anticipate our processing time when selecting a shipping method.
PLEASE NOTE: During the Christmas holiday, processing times are doubled.
All shipping is through the U.S. Postal Service or Federal Express. We cannot except third party shipping requests.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time displayed on www.impressionslast.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times shown for Federal Express or USPS are an estimate from the respective carrier and are NOT guaranteed. Delivery by a specific date is NOT guaranteed. To better the chances of on-time delivery, you should select a time guaranteed service for shipping (USPS: Express Mail and for Fedex: Standard Overnight or 2nd Day) and have accounted for our processing time plus the elected shipping service. Time specific transit times are for TRANSIT TIMES ONLY and do not account for the time it takes to process and ship your order (time guarantee applies to shipping cost ONLY!). PLEASE NOTE: Shipping time guarantees are NOT HONORED by the carriers when adverse weather conditions exist and therefore are not guaranteed by Lasting Impressions.
Lasting Impressions reserves the right to change your selected shipping method if such change provides better or faster service, or in the case of PO box, Rural Route or APO/FPO addresses at no additional cost to you.
Lasting Impressions ships internationally with the exception of knives and Zippo lighters. Transit times can vary greatly when shipping internationally. Many factors can influence transit times including customs in the receiving country. Please allow up to 30 days for your item(s) to arrive. PLEASE NOTE: Customer may be responsible for additional customs duties and fees upon receipt. Such fees are the responsibiliy of the customer.
